A property showcase video produced for Neil Architecture and Kay & Burton, created to support the sale of a distinctive residential property on Yarrbat Ave.
Deliberately avoiding the conventions of real estate video, the approach is reflective and cinematic — designed to embody the ethos of the architectural choices rather than simply document the space.
The Guild produced all video content, as well as original music composed specifically for this piece — written to the rhythm of the edit rather than sourced from a library.
Creative Approach
Real estate video tends to prioritise information over experience. For Yarrbat Ave, the brief was to do the opposite — to create something that communicates the feeling of the home before the facts of it.
Every shot was chosen for how it responded to the architectural language of the space. The result is something closer to a short film than a property listing.
